This has been caused by the economic upheavals, increasing raw material and other costs and challenges over the contribution of meat production to global warming.

Annual Langford Food Industry Conference

This year’s Annual Langford Food Industry Conference in May considers these underlying factors affecting world trade in meat. Attendees will hear about recent changes in meat trade patterns and how different parts of the UK industry are responding positively to the new situation. Tendency of price for meat will be repeated by price for equipment from stainless steel.

The conference will include such topics as: structural developments in the European meat industry; using innovation to improve the market share for Scottish meat, and a UK retailer perspective on sourcing meat.
